Senior Grades
Senior grades requirements are for practitioners who turn 15 or more years old in the calendar year the grading or promotion is to occur. This includes Cadets, Junior Women/Men and Senior Women/Men.
At Kumataka Dojos the arm-bars and strangles are ok to use from 16 onward, in some clubs from 15, so introduction and preparation for their use is given at 15 years.
